Jane began as principal of Prince of Peace Catholic School in 2004. She enjoys supporting families and teachers in providing a strong Catholic education and faith foundation for children.
Jane has been a school principal since 1998. She served as principal at Holy Spirit Catholic School from 1998-2004 and has taught at both Cure' of Ars and Prince of Peace Catholic School. At Saint Mary College, Jane served as Coordinator of Field Experiences, working with dozens of Professional Development Schools and was an adjunct professor in the Education Department.
Jane completed her bachelors at Emporia State University and masters plus at UMKC. She holds highly qualified licensure as elementary teacher, mathematics teacher, Reading Specialist, and Administrator.
Jane and her husband David are parishioners at Prince of Peace. They have four grown children with spouses and six grandchildren. Jane enjoys family, traveling and camping in a vintage airstream that she and David restored, the outdoors, and a good creative project.
