Gala FAQs

Q: What does the Gala raise money for?

A: Tuition payments are only a portion of the schools budget. It takes a significant parish subsidy and other donations and fundraising to completely fulfill our budgetary needs. The gala is the primary source of fundraising for our school. Proceeds from the auctions provide for school, students and staff in many ways, Education, safety and security are always top priorities. It also helps fund things including: field trips, textbooks, playground equipment, continuing education, technology & equipment upkeep, building security & security, religious education and classroom supplies

Q: Why do families need to donate cash or a gala gift or item?

A: The silent and live auctions are the primary source of fundraising during the gala. There are typically 300+ silent auction items and 10+ live auction items. The more items in the auction, the more money we will raise for the school. Here are some photos from prior years of the silent auction before it went fully mobile!
